Line of Unconsciousness near Tahoe Region Border

Along the lake road and all the way towards the lake I am unable to travel father north because I keep going unconscious. This occurs near the border of the Tahoe region.

I have written about it already but can write it here too. That might be because of your character is hungry and thirsty.
However, it might be a coincidence.

Yes, I think that would be coincidence as my hunger and thirst were maxed out for the whole day before with no ill effects. So I guess those things are not turned on yet fortunately since we do not yet have the infrastructure for crafting much.

This also happens on the other side of the lake (east side) at about this same latitude.
