Cant login to test server?

so i wanted to see all the changes since ive been gone but no luck it says its open to publick but when i try to log in it says password or account name incorect do u need an active subscription to get on it?

Welcome back... Yes indeed you do need an Active Subscription, to login to the Test server.

If you have an active subscription, are you getting this error message on the Live server or both?
If it is on the live server, you will need to email support, and they will check the status of you account and fix the issue for you.

EDIT: just checked your account, and everything seems fine billing wise.
Please Email Support and they will assist you in getting the problem resolved.

Hey L0rd,

Just FYI, you may know this already, but the current patch and all changes are on live server atm. Test is still up, but I think the only thing there were checking there was a problem a few players were having after the patch.
