Returning player - Subscription Fee Schedule

I dont see a monthly fee schedule, just a quarterly, biannual, or yearly. How do I re-do my monthly subscription?

I know how to "Add A Subscription" under Game Management, but again, the monthly option isnt there.

I tried the IRC chat, but noone is on.

Added after 24 minutes:

I figured it out - under the "Add Time" option, the blank option is actually the month option. This should be fixed to show the words Monthly or something. Also, I dont see this option under subscription, just under Add time.
