Run Speed Not Changing Entering or Leaving Road

If you run onto a road from ground you keep the ground speed unless you stop and start running again.

Likewise if you run off the road onto the ground you keep the 25% better road speed until you stop and start again.

Testing this now, before I add it to the bugs list. Where however did you hear that it was a 25% speed increase? I am currently not aware that the speed boost was ever announced.

I calculated it from doing a few simple time tests while watching the coordinates.
