i just got the mail to instal Xsyon but i can't instal

i got the message

There is a problem whith this Windows installer package.
A program required for the install to complete could not be run.
Contact your support personnel or package vendor.

so what do i do now ?

but now it stuck on 1.55 Gb and its on Data/texture.xsip

the download is taking much time and thats the 3 time i reboot after it stops at 2 GB

realy boring to download

Hello mork,

Are you still getting stuck on a specific file and have to restart the launcher?

We will have a new launcher out with the next big update and the current one does have problems for those with slow connections to our patch server.

In a few weeks we are also upgrading to a new server location and hope that players around the world will have a better connection to this server.
