Installing Xsyon, DirectX Question

Hi folks. I just heard about the dreaded change to added a PVE server, so I wanted to come by and check out the game. However, as I started the install, it wanted me to install DirectX, and I already have dx11 installed and updated/patched. So I am leery about overwriting what I have with what is in the installer, undoing everything I've done to make sure all my other games run as well as they can with it.

Will the Xyson installer see that I have dx11 already and just skip it (although if it was going to do that, I don't think that I would have been prompted to install DirectX in the first place)?

It will see that directx is already installed or it will update any files that are outdated. You should have no worries to run it whether you already have it installed or not.
