Noob question about Avatar

How do I change my Avatar in this? I can't figure it out at all. The only option when it comes to Avatar change "Do not use an Avatar". Do I need to do something to be able to use an avatar? Or is this some sort of glitch that only applies to me?

I included a picture of the small window, and the whole page just in case for reference.

I was able to add an avatar to this account today using the Edit Avatar line. Initially it had fields to load using URL or browse my computer. Perhaps the reset option will bring up this screen again.

Hello legend,

Please try this again today. Avatars were switched off for 'visitor' accounts but I changed the setting this morning.

Game accounts through Steam don't currently update your forum title to Xsyon Citizen as it should and I'll see if I can change that.
