How do i make a poll on here?

I was going to ask what the community as a whole thinks about bins and permissions.

A bins should be lockable anywhere indefinatly (as is now)
b bins shouldn't be allowed to be locked at all
c bins should only be locked inside totem areas
d bins should be locked anywhere but with a timer

I'd also like to figure out about adding a permission to allied guildes to allow them the use of bag within your tribal area.

Polls are handy. *shucks*
