I don't record at 100 I had it set to 60 for this video. But I will tone it down to 29.9

It seems like it is better quality really it does...i dont know..so why does my 1080p not look like 1080p? is it because I frapsed in 60 fps? I rendered in 8 mbps 1900x1080 wmv. I think I also set the frame rate to double so 60 fps in render as well
I dont know what you are talking about the 1080p not looking like 1080p. But for the 60fps, you need to convert it to 29.9 or youtube will do it for you and youtube isnt the best at it =P

You should also record at 30fps (or 29.9) because the more you have to mess with the video the worst it will look. So if you dont have to convert the frames so much better. Recording at 120 FPS then compressing it to 29.9 is not going to help you. It will make it take a lot longer to compress though, and your RAW files will be HUGE!

    Here is a small video.

Watch the pixels of the player and on the ground. This is only in 720.

This was done in VDub, with med compression.

If you start seeing squares, that dont look like they are blending well. That means its having issues. I can record in 1080p because my screen doesnt support it.

If you are using fraps to record also make sure you are not doing 1/2 fraps.
