Words have different meanings for a reason. If you want to be understood and communicate clearly, using the correct words is crucial.

Hardware is not the issue. I'm receiving the same horrendous warping on my machine and I'm running

Windows 7
Intel core i5 overclocked
Nvidia Geforce GTX 570
Dedicated sound card
4GB ram

Not exactly a shabby system and I get a constant 40ms ping (barring lag spikes)

So the issue is server / code related.
