    No loss, Just remove the small logs from tree chop. You chop trees in to big logs, you chop bog logs into small as needed. That is how it should have been from the start. And if you can carry a large, you should be able to carry several small

    That could work, as long as Chop Small isn't the first option on the long log. IF it was I could see many a people carrying logs getting mad.

    Completely agree.
    I just chopped my first tree and came on the forum specifically to write about this - and found this thread.

    I agree with vorg that you should chop trees into long logs, then long logs into small logs. And shouldn't there be a saw involved? Not just an axe?
