Is this working as intended that anyone who places a totem can now have a resource no one else can. On a safezone island that no one can attack and will have choice of pvp later? Please respond asap thank you. Tar is not accessible by anyone once a totem is placed near it except the tribe who placed the totem. I feel this atm is a very game breaking thing that is not discussed anywhere and would like an answer before your game becomes INSANELY out of balance because of one or two tribes that you allowed to take a resource no one else can have.
