Terrain-Levelling sometimes rounds down instead of up
Terrain-Levelling sometimes rounds down instead of up
I heard that by levelling a square the new height will be the average-height of its four corner's heights - rounded up to the next 0,1 m.
And I found this to be true while levelling my whole home.
At least I think that it has always been true when I was levelling an area.
Then I tried to level the top of free standing, long and narrow dirt-walls of only one square width.
I have worked on such walls for several days and it seems as if sometimes it works (a square between two squares with heights of 0.40 and 0.50 gets rounded up to 0.50), but then at some point it is as if there is some switch triggered and the squares start to get rounded DOWN while levelling them.
When this happens then it will stay this way for minutes or hours (maybe until an unknown thing happens or is done) - and even a relog or waiting for hours doesn't help.
When I try to live with it and terraform accordingly, then most of the time the behaviour switches again to UP-rounding in the process.
After days I found it impossible to bring all dirt-walls to a destined height-level and gave it up on some of them.
