Sorry, neglected to mention it is PvE server

Those three skills are in the same group, so chances are skill balancing has eaten your green points

Seems odd that the skill decline didn't affect other skills in the group. The problem is that the hunting and logging were supposed to go from up 3 points, but instead went down about 0.5, as if their boosts weren't even recognized .The skill decay is fine, but I effectively lost 3.5 in decay on both.

Could you tell me what your skill numbers were for each skill in that group prior to using the experience points?

It's possible that skill decay used up your points spent on hunting and logging if your other skills were already at the minimum levels.

My skills were fishing 22, foraging 33.7, hunting 28, logging 28, scavenging 39.1, forestry 35.6, resources 47.3, terraforming 6.2.

It will take some time for me to personally look into this. I will post again as soon as I have done so.
