Is this something new to you? A similar issue was just reported by a new player, though this is not something that happened in the past. This leads to a few questions:

1) What version of Windows are you using?
2) Is this happening at any resolution, or a specific resolution?
3) Are you running large display settings? To check this, right click your desktop and select Personalize. From the left side of the Control Panel, select 'Display'. There are three settings: Smaller 100%, Medium 125% and Larger 150%. Please make sure this is set to Smaller 100%.

1600x900, 2560x1440

No, not using Large Display settings, using "Smaller" on all 6 computers.

When experiencing character creation problems at those resolutions (1600x900, 2560x1440), what is your screen resolution set to?

i use 1920x980 usualy. but when my use my 2nd monitor which is only 24# instead of 27, i have to go down to 1600x900. then xsyon starts the problem. doesnt matzter if my 2nd monitor is added or not in the configurations, just when i choose this resolution, since xsyon wants the one i used in the game options and this is prolly not compatible to the one i set on my system later.

When you have problems, are you running in windowed mode or full screen?
Do you have both the game resolution and your desktop set to 1600x900?

Can you upload a screenshot of what you see when you have this problem?

Windowed mode and fullscreen.

I run it windowed mode on both 1600x900, 2560x1440 with a desktop of 7680x1440, or 2560x1440, or 1920x1080 (when on the computer with 1920x1080 desktop I only use 1600x900 windowed mode)

On fullscreen mode (which causes a ton of other issues so I rarely do it) I run it in 2560x1440 (1 monitor of the 3), 2560x1440 (only 1 monitor) and 1600x900 with a desktop res of 1920x1080. (which causes the mouse on the game to be majorly offset).

Could you upload (or email) a screenshot of the problem with the game at 1600x900 and desktop at 1920x1080? The Test Server is up if you need to remove a toon and create a new one.

Is this only happening on set ups with more than 1 monitor connected to one PC?

Not sure what you are looking for in the screenshot.
It just shows my Xsyon screen. You can't use the buttons.

With a screenshot I can check if the buttons are in the correct location or if they are offset.

Do none of the buttons in character creation work, or just some of them? (It was reported to me that this was only a problem with the clothing selection).

Is this only happening on set up with two monitors?

I've only been able to personally check 1920x1080 desktop resolution with the game at 1600x900 in windowed mode. I don't have any problems with those settings.

No it's happening on single monitor computers.
It's not just clothing. I will check when I can again and take a screenshot.

These old resolution problems should be gone with the latest changes to windowed modes.
