I have a few questions as well to help resolve this:

1) Are you running large display settings? To check this, right click your desktop and select Personalize. From the left side of the Control Panel, select 'Display'. There are three settings: Smaller 100%, Medium 125% and Larger 150%. Please make sure this is set to Smaller 100%.

2) Did you change the game resolution before creating a character? If yes, please try a different resolution to see if you still have this problem.

3) Are you running Xsyon in full screen or windowed mode? If in full screen, please try windowed mode.

sound like using female cloth? female and male charackter can wear male cloth armor which was from the old times, and for sure its still craftable. all the new armor types can only be weared by female charackters. if you have a male charackter this might be the problem
