Description
Tool-crafting allows the player to create a huge variety of tools to use in the various crafts and skills of Xsyon.
Tool-crafting is extremely important because almost every crafting skill uses some sort of tool. Tools wear down and break eventually so a steady stream of new tools is always required no matter what the size of your tribe is.
There are four different styles of tools; Forager, Pioneer, Scrapper, and Trapper. The style of the tool tends to determine what kind of resource is used to make it. Forager tools require mainly grass and stone, pioneer requires wood, scrapper requires metal and plastic, and trapper requires mainly bones.
The style of the tool gives quality bonuses when making items of the same style (forager, pioneer, scrapper, trapper), and when using one other skill. Forager tools give bonuses with basketry, pioneer is beneficial for leathercraft, scrapper benefits tailoring, and trapper helps Bonecraft.
There are also different grades of each tool; basic, artisan and master. Using artisan and master tools add to the quality bonus. Using artisan tools requires level 60 in toolcraft, while master tools require level 80. Creating a artisan or master tool, unlike other skills, requires no extra tools or resources (although it does require a certain quality of resource - 75 and 90 respectively).
The Primary Attribute and Secondary Attribute for Toolcraft are Intelligence and Fortitude.

Toolcraft Recipes
Here is a list of toolcraft recipes, by clicking on each one you can learn what tools and materials are required to craft it along with the skill level required to learn it.
Some recipes require a certain skill level in toolcraft in order to learn and use them. As you progress and increase your skill you will learn recipes through using toolcraft but you can also learn them if you have the recipe that you acquired from another player or by scavenging.
Basic
Each tool has a base durability which depends on the resources needed to make it. The tool class with the highest durability in each type have been highlighted in the following table.
